Charges to your credit card for products that you order from this website will show on your statement as Grow Gear. However, some credit card companies abbreviate the name.

All pricing is based on US dollars and is subject to change without notice. Charges will be invoiced in US dollars and will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company. Pricing is only guaranteed to be accurate in US dollars.

Order Placement and Acceptance

Upon order submission, you’ll be sent an email confirmation with a receipt of the products ordered as well as shipping information. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@growgear.com

Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis. The lead time projection is our best estimate, it’s not guaranteed and is subject to change based on circumstances that can be out of our control. We will make every effort to ship your order within the lead time projection provided on our website. However we are unable to guarantee any specific lead/delivery time.

Since we build orders on a first come, first served basis, we are not able to expedite any orders. We value each of our customers, and if we expedite an order for one customer, it will mean someone is going to get bumped down the schedule.

We aren’t able to combine multiple orders for shipping. If you need to order additional items, you’ll need to enter a new order that will be processed and shipped separately.

Note that GROW GEAR reserves the right to cancel any and all orders for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. It is also possible that more information will be required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after payment received, we will issue a credit by the charged payment method for the amount of the charge.

We make every effort to ensure that the information provided on our website is current and accurate. However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur despite our best efforts. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimated in the shopping cart. These times are provided by the 3rd party shipping companies, are NOT guaranteed and can take longer. It’s our experience that while the shipping times provided by the 3rd party shipping companies are usually fairly accurate, there will be occasions where it may take longer.

Shipping costs are based on current rates as published by the specific shipping carrier. To determine the cost to ship your order, simply add items to the cart.

We will accept International orders from most countries. We can ship to you via FedEx, DHL and USPS. Duties and brokerage charges may be assessed by your country's customs service and the shipping company, and these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase from us, you may return most unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
However, there are certain products we are not able to refund, such as Special Order items. Please contact a representative to see if your product is eligible for refund.

Please retain all packaging material until you’re completely satisfied with the condition and performance of the item(s) purchased. Doing so will make it easier to return your item(s) if necessary.

Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. We will issue your refund, less shipping and/or restocking fees (where required) once the product is returned to the warehouse and inspected. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders canceled after shipment are considered Unopened Returns and will be subject to shipping and restocking fees if applicable.

All returns must first be authorized by GROW GEAR Items returned without prior authorization from growgear.com will be returned to sender. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a detailed email with the address of the warehouse the item(s) should be shipped back to and instructions for the return.**

Special order items are those that GROW GEAR does not keep in our warehouses or in-stock. GROW GEAR has the purchasing power to source directly from the manufacturers (or a 100% manufacturer-authorized supplier/distributor).

**IMPORTANT NOTE: All Special order items are not eligible for a refund or replacement unless they are damaged in shipping. Exceptions may be made if an item is deemed to be defective by the manufacturer (or a manufacturer-authorized supplier/distributor). GROW GEAR will always assist in this process as we are our customer's representative when choosing GROW GEAR to obtain a special order Item. Upon purchase of a special order Item, GROW GEAR will regularly call or email customers to advise if a particular item has recently been assigned to a "special order" classification.
